The spacious Double Atrium Room offered a relaxing balcony view overlooking a tranquil fish pond surrounded by exotic plants, which enhanced the overall vibe. Breakfast included a variety of options, including remarkable Manx kippers, served in a bright restaurant with excellent sea views, but it could get a bit crowded during peak times.
The underground car park had limited spaces, which made parking a gamble. we often ended up searching for a spot. The pool area felt tired and had an unpleasant smell in the changing rooms likely from the drainage system. No air conditioning led to warm rooms, forcing us to leave the balcony doors open, resulting in noise from early morning setups nearby.

The breakfast offerings were diverse and of high quality, making mornings a delight, while the tranquil atmosphere of the atrium room with its lovely balcony provided a peaceful retreat. parking was a challenge due to limited underground spaces, and the absence of air conditioning meant that the room could get uncomfortably warm, especially at night. wayfinding within the hotel could be improved to enhance the overall experience.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast options were delightful, with a variety of fresh and hot foods. The hotel also has a quirky charm, featuring a lovely atrium filled with greenery and a tranquil fish pond, making it a cozy spot to unwind.
The lack of air conditioning made my fourth-floor room quite warm and stuffy at times.

Great vibes and sunny balcony
Loved our stay! The family room was spacious and comfy. The balcony was the perfect sunny spot to chill. Staff were super chill, especially the bar crew at Sir Norman’s. Had a blast at breakfast with tons of options, but it could get a bit crowded sometimes. Overall a fab experience!
